The service is dedicated to boys and girls between 11 and 25 years with the disturbances in neurodevelopment (autism, intellectual disability, genetic syndromes, or Special Educational Needs).

Professionals trained in Applied Behavior Analysis supervised by Dr. ssa Federica Berardo, a psychologist and researcher and a certified BCBA, plan, and monitor, with accurate measurements of data, individualized curricula aimed at increasing levels of autonomy in different areas.

Our goal is allow every child to realize their full potentialthis is why we have developed several pathways that adapt to the individual characteristics and resources of family.

TICE projects accompanying the gradual and individualized for inclusion in the new work environment. The project also includes training of personnel in the company to create an inclusive culture. Programs of support, supervision and management of problematic behaviors at the company in which it is inserted, the user, and in collaboration with mentors from the business.

TICE has developed a working methodology that, starting from the strengths of the guy promotes the development of projects that will see him starring in expressing their potential. The methodology is developed in order to promote theself-esteem and l’self-determination every guy, and is carried out with a team of innovators and communicators.

  • Assessment criteriale skills

  • Soft skills and interpersonal skills.

    These skills will be assessed through the check list observation created by Tice. Specifically will be observed: the duration of the attention on the tasks of different degree of complexity, and number of shares to be concatenated, carried out in a sequence and autonomy, with its ability to self-monitoring; interpersonal skills (presentation skills, manage a conversation general, manage the distance and proximity, etc.). In this stage, the child is also observed from an expert in social innovation and a creative (marketing and communication).
